  • Design Process: Our process is thorough—expect 4–6 meetings to create a custom design. For clients selecting one of our existing plans, the process may be quicker. We’re here to guide you every step of the way, ensuring the design is both functional and beautiful.

  • Budget Planning: Once the design is in place, we present construction documents with pricing. You have the opportunity to add upgrades or opt for cost savings before moving forward with construction.
