Let’s start with a phone consultation to discuss the scope of work for your project, your budget, and your ideal timeline. We require this information for a meeting.
Your first meeting, either in-office for new construction or on-site for remodels, is complimentary.
After this initial meeting you can choose to move forward with a design contract. A design contract requires 1-2% of your build budget for design consultation services. Our standard contract is for four meetings to develop complete drawings and necessary pre-selections.

You will come to a construction contract with confidence in the drawings and finish selections for your new home or office space.
We manage all scheduling, sub-contractor relationships, permitting, and insurance during construction.
You can view real-time updates and photos of your project on our project management software.
You will visit for four in-process walk-throughs with your project manager at key points throughout construction.
